Trampoline & Tumbling Classes
Our Trampoline and Tumbling program is built for anyone from 6 years old who loves to flip and tumble. TNT's tumbling program ranges from beginners learning cartwheels and handstands to advanced tumblers learning connected tumbling, twisting, and combinations. Our staff will focus on strength, technique, drills, and flexibility required to safely progress and connect new tumbling skills. All general tumbling classes work from a progressive curriculum that focuses on the proper development of each skill. Once your tumbler has shown proficiency in their current class level, they will progress towards the next level.
TNT Mini 5 - 6 years old
TNT Pre-Stars 7 - 8 years old

TNT Beginners
Our Beginner Tumbling class focuses on developing the initial coordination and strength required to support the human body on its hands and shift weight in the air. Students will be developing strong handstands, proper body control for cartwheels and the necessary flexibility in their shoulders to properly perform tumbling skills.
TNT Intermediate
In the Intermediate class, students continue to develop their strength and coordination as they begin training their back handspring and powerful round-offs and blocking skills. Intermediate tumbling students will learn the importance of tight straight lines as they tumble and train.
Note: An evaluation during a trial class or set up with our Program Director is required for enrollment.
TNT Advanced
In the Advanced TNT program, students continue to develop their tumbling skills as they are introduced to double-mini skills, and full-scale trampoline routines based on the TNT competitive program.
Note: An evaluation during a trial class or set up with our Program Director is required for enrollment.
