MOMMY/DADDY & ME (MDM) is for children 18 months – 3 years old and their caregiver. This class provides an opportunity for a child and adult to bond while learning and moving together. Caregivers also learn ideas and techniques to stimulate the learning and growth of their child through imaginative play and creative movement.

At this early age, your child begins to learn in a classroom setting and will experience tremendous advancement in movement skills and the ability to follow directions. Dance Classes for Toddlers are recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics to develop healthy muscles and enhance flexibility.

At Mommy/Daddy & Me classes you will discover a healthier outlook about parenting while making new friends and staying active.
