Cinderella’s Magical Dance Journey – A delightful twist on the classic fairytale, brought to life through an enchanting and humorous dance performance.
👑 Get ready to be entertained by a playful, light-hearted take on Cinderella’s story, filled with surprises, laughter, and magical moments.
💃 Performed by the talented students of Fantasy Dance School alongside the dynamic Fantasy Dance Troupe dancers, this show promises to dazzle audiences of all ages!
🌟 Join us for an unforgettable evening of dance, comedy, and fairytale magic—a performance the whole family will love!
Commitment
The Annual Concert is a commitment. This includes a commitment to be in classes weekly to learn, clean, and practice dances with their classmates and at ALL scheduled performances/rehearsals, including non-dress rehearsals occurring throughout the three weeks before the concert.
Rehearsal Schedules
Students are required to attend MANDATORY rehearsals: May 27th - June 14th, 2025.

Stage and Dress Rehearsal (@Louis B. Mayer Theatre) on Thursday, June 12th, 2025

Non-dress rehearsals occur throughout the two-three weeks before the concert and are mandatory
While specific rehearsal times will be released closer to the concert, we ask families to block off the three weeks before as rehearsal days and times will differ from your original class time.
Classes may be called on different days or times, depending on the number of dances and solos and where they fall in the various scenes.
Please remember that if you participated in our previous year’s concerts, rehearsals might vary in length and times, which will include more dances, sets, and an unforgettable story coming to life.
Rehearsals will occur daily after school and may differ from your usual class times.
Absences
Any class or rehearsal absences during May and June may result in your student not performing in the show. Please be mindful when planning vacations at this time. Take this into consideration before committing to the annual show.
Concert Ticket Distribution
Each family is welcome to purchase as many tickets as they need, there are no limits! Friends and extended family are encouraged to join us for this special event. Tickets will be available for purchase in the FDS office starting May 1, 2025. Admission is $45 per seat, and tickets can be purchased with cash, check, or Zelle. Seating is assigned, and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to get yours early!
Costume Distribution
Costumes will initially be tried on during your student's classes to ensure they fit properly and to determine if any adjustments or alterations are necessary.
Once we complete all required alterations, costumes will be distributed to families.
Costume Distribution Details: All dancers must have their costumes by Sunday, May 4th, which is Picture Day!
Families will receive an email specifying the day and time slot for picking up their students' costumes, likely coinciding with their regular class day.
Please bring a labeled garment bag to collect your costumes during your designated time. If you need a garment bag, they are available for purchase through our FDStore.
Important Note: Once costumes are handed over to families, they should NOT BE washed. Only steaming is permitted prior to the concert to ensure costumes remain in optimal condition.

PARKING: To access Louis B. Mayer Theatre venues with ease, the Music and Dance Facility is the best option. We suggest parking in the North Parking Garage located at 1065 Alviso St, Santa Clara, 95050.

All FDS correspondence regarding the show and costumes is sent via email. Be sure to add info@fantasydance.us to your email address book. And be sure to have your current email address on file with the studio.
